About Brandon
I have been involved in boxing/martial arts for well over 5 years growing up in the LA area. I've been a part of many gyms and clubs specifically more toward boxing which helped me develop confidence in my ability to defend myself and compete against others. Boxing has always been a sport I admired because not only does it help improve your shape/skill but your mentality as well. It helps keep you disciplined and focused which will help you accomplish any type of goal you may have. This is why boxing has always been something I enjoyed teaching and helping others with because of all the benefits it provides. I've taught many people who all have benefited by reaching their self-potential which is my main goal.

Learn the basic fundamentals of boxing which include the 4 basic punches, correct footwork, and how to properly throw punches. These include both orthodox and southpaw. My class offers a fun and engaging way to stay motivated and committed to your fitness journey. This class is tailored to all levels whether your starting out or want to improve your boxing skills and will be designed specifically towards your needs. My class starts off slow-paced but picks up as you improve on basic fundamentals and cardio. Nonetheless, this class will help push you toward your limits and help you achieve the goals you've always desired.
