About Lara
I have over 10 years of experience teaching singing, mainly to college students. My teaching style is friendly and encouraging, helping students feel comfortable and confident while they learn. I focus on building a strong foundation in vocal techniques like breath control, pitch, and tone, but I also make lessons fun by including music from different styles and genres. I use innovative methods like audio recordings and personalized practice plans so students can track their progress and practice effectively outside of class. I believe that everyone has their own unique voice, and my goal is to help each student discover and develop theirs. Whether you want to sing in a choir, perform solo, or improve your stage presence, I am here to guide you every step of the way with patience and support.

Being open-minded means I listen carefully to each student’s needs and adapt lessons to suit their unique style and pace. Besides singing, I also teach related subjects like music theory and breath control to strengthen overall skills. This approach helps students build confidence and enjoy learning music in a supportive and positive way.
