About Lila
With a BM in Choral Conducting and over 5 years of teaching experience, I help singers thrive in professional recording environments. My students range from young performers to emerging artists and adult vocalists looking to release commercial music. I blend technical skill-building with artistic development.
I specialize in R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic music, guiding singers in studio essentials. This includes microphone technique, vocal compression, layering harmonies, and smart auto-tune use. I also coach students on collaborating with producers to ensure their performances translate perfectly to recordings.
My focus is on building confidence, technique, and expressive artistry in the studio. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, whether it’s recording a single, preparing for an album, or refining your vocal identity. Together, we make your voice recording-ready and unforgettable.

My teaching approach is designed for singers who want to excel in choirs and group performances. I focus on vocal blending, part-singing, sight-reading, and choral techniques. Students learn to listen carefully and adjust their voices to fit the ensemble.
I support The Orchestra Member and The Crossover Artist in finding their place in group singing. Lessons emphasize harmonizing, balance, and how individual voices contribute to a cohesive sound. Students build awareness of dynamics, phrasing, and teamwork.
Using interactive group exercises, repertoire practice, and sight-reading drills, students develop ensemble skills and musical confidence. I encourage each singer to participate fully while feeling supported. By the end, students leave equipped to perform confidently in any choir.
