About Charlie
I trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and worked as an actor for 25 years before falling in love with teaching. I've taught and been Head of Acting at ArtsEd, Mountview, ALRA, Drama Studio London and Central School of Speech and Drama. I have been teaching at vocational drama schools and tutoring successful applicants for drama schools for over ten years

My teaching style is supportive and detailed. I work specifically on text and the release of character and truth. I instill confidence in my students which allows them to be brave and bold and to overcome nerves and insecurity. I will always work with students in a way that works best for them - irrespective of any particular method.
