About Sarthak

I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor & Practitioner with YCB Level II certification from the Ministry of AYUSH and a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from AYM, Rishikesh. My practice and teaching are rooted in traditional yoga, including Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa. I believe yoga is more than physical exercise; it is a holistic practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. I want to share my knowledge to help people improve their physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and mental wellbeing while developing a sustainable yoga practice for life.

About the lesson

My yoga classes combine traditional yoga practices with a modern, personalized approach to fitness and wellbeing. As a YCB Level II certified yoga instructor, I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility. Each session is adapted to the student’s experience, abilities, and goals. My teaching focuses on proper alignment, mindful breathing, gradual progression, and building a consistent yoga practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I aim to help you develop a stronger, more flexible, balanced, and mindful body through yoga.
