About Me
I’m a dedicated and results-driven fitness coach with a strong passion for understanding the human body, exercise, strength training, and healthy weight management. My approach combines knowledge, discipline, practical training, and consistency to help people achieve meaningful results.
I’ve developed my expertise by studying muscle structure, movement, exercise techniques, and how the body responds to training. I then applied this knowledge through practical coaching, creating structured workouts and guiding clients toward their goals.
One of my proudest achievements was helping a client transform from 101kg to 65kg in 6 months through structured training, nutrition, proper technique, and accountability.
My mission is to bring this same commitment to online coaching and help more people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
I don’t believe in shortcuts. I believe in knowledge, discipline, consistency, and a plan built around you.
