About CARLA
I seek to customize my classes according to the student, their motivations, their rhythm focusing on all skills in an integrated way (listening, speaking, writing, reading) inserted in real situations of daily life, and practicing all possible ways. After a conversation and proper assessment of the student, I propose the methodology to follow so that the objectives are achieved. It is important to emphasize that learning a language has its challenges, requires work and perseverance, always remembering your goals, but my proposal is to learn in a fun and light way, and never give up !!

I am Carla, graduated in Literature from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal), since very young I have a passion for languages and teaching, having also had the opportunity to reside in the UK for more than 10 years, and in the USA as well. I have a vast experience in teaching, from teacher to pedagogical coordinator of a language school for several years. Someone once said that whoever learns a new language, acquires a new soul. Learning English can change your outlook on the world, open doors of opportunities, connect with other people, other cultures, boost your career, in short to make a difference in your life.
