About Tina
At the moment, I'm doing a PhD in Education at University of Exeter. I got a Master's degree in TESOL and Applied Linguistics from MMU, Manchester with distinction in 2020. I have a lot of experience in teaching such as 4 years as a lecturer in British studies and English literature at university, 4 years as a teaching assistant, 1 year as a private tutor for teenagers and adults in Manchester. Teaching is what I'm most confident and passionate about. I would love to teach English, Maths and Vietnamese.

My teaching method is quite flexible as I have experience in teaching different learners from kids to teenagers and adults. My philosophy is that the goal of teaching is the use of language in real life. As a result, when teaching language, I focus on speaking and take other skills to support conversation.
