• When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  I guess my love affair with math started when I was just a kid, tinkering with numbers and shapes, trying to make sense of the world. But it wasn't until school that I truly fell for it. There was something magical about how math could explain things so perfectly, from the trajectory of a ball in flight to the shape of a snowflake. It felt like uncovering the secrets of the universe, one equation at a time. So, naturally, I pursued math through higher education and now as a tutor, I get to share that magic with others.

• What makes you passionate about your subject?

  Oh, where do I start? Math is like a puzzle that never gets old. It's everywhere around us, woven into the fabric of our lives. What gets me going is showing people that math isn't just about numbers - it's about understanding the world in a deeper way. It's about problem-solving, creativity, and seeing beauty in patterns. Plus, when I see that light bulb moment in my students' eyes, when they finally get it, that's what really fuels my passion.
