About Sohail
I have a wide ranging set of skills & knowledge that i would like to use to up-lift all my brothers and sisters in the world and help you in your development throughout your life to become more intelligent, healthier, stronger, self sufficient and happier in all aspects of your life and constantly assisting you in becoming a better version of yourself every day.
With anxiety, depression and loneliness becoming more and more common in our society along with the pressures of daily life adding onto it, having someone to rely on and talk to can ease the hardship in our lives. My aim is to be that person who you can turn to for advice and a listening ear, to help you feel better whilst encouraging you and assissting you in getting fitter, stronger and more confident. By taking up the tasks you may not have the time to do, i can also take some of the burden of bettering yourself from your shoulders and onto mine. Teamwork makes the dream work
