About Asa
I’m a 19 year old boy who’s taken a year out before attending university because of an opportunity that arose to work with children that need support in my previous school. I love my role in the school now and seeing the impact I have on the students is the most rewarding feeling I’ve felt. My mother is a teacher and I’ve grown up around a lot of teachers which has made me want to help others learn. I’m studying international relations at university next September and have a keen interest in politics, history and English which I pursue my own research into in my spare time.

As a tutor I can provide consistent aid through exam periods or just providing assistance if it’s necessary. I like to shape lessons to fit students specifically and assist with specific weak points in the subject. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and go above and beyond to find resources and different techniques to aid students specifically.

Asa has been my tutor for the last three years. Initially he helped me improve my grade in English from a 6 to a 9 in GCSEs and throughout my experience in sixth form he has helped me get a head start in year 12 and has continued to provide me with the skills needed to achieve well academically. Asa is a great tutor !
Asa is a very mature and responsible young man who did very well in school and wants to share his knowledge onto younger generations so they can succeed as he did. He also works in a school with children so he has experience in this sector of work therefore he is more than a trustworthy tutor, he is a great tutor.
