About Jax
Hi! I’m someone who has a deep passion for the Japanese language and culture. I started learning Japanese out of pure interest, and over time, it became something I truly love and enjoy every day. I decided to start teaching because I want to share this passion with others — especially young learners. I believe that learning a new language is not only fun, but also a valuable skill that can open doors to new cultures and opportunities. Through my lessons, I hope to help others discover the joy of Japanese, just like I did!

Hi! I’m a Japanese major student at the University of Melbourne, with an N2 level in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and a VCE Japanese score of 39. I’m passionate about the Japanese language and culture — and I love working with kids!
In my lessons, your child will learn natural, everyday Japanese through fun activities, including games, songs, animations, and interactive exercises. My goal is to make language learning exciting and enjoyable, so kids stay motivated and confident.
Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve their listening and speaking skills, I’ll tailor each lesson to suit their level and interests.
