About Ryan
I have a passion for movement and exercise, and I love teaching these subjects. I was brought on to teach DPT classes specifically because of my unique skills as an instructor and my experience as a clinician, an athlete, and an presenter. My students often give me positive feedback about my ability to clearly communicate about complex topics.

-I like to know your subject matter ahead of time and the aspects of the subject that you are having difficulty with, or would like more explanation on. That way we can dive right into the hard part and clarify things as efficiently as possible.
-My typical lesson will begin with some questions for you so I can get a better idea of where your level of understanding is, then we will go over the key concepts required to understand the subject, and finish with some practice examples to solidify your knowledge.
-I have work experience in both clinical and academic settings, working with a wide range of patients, as well as mentoring undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate students.
-I can offer lessons for anyone in an undergraduate kinesiology program, a DPT or PTA program. I specialize in biomechanics, orthopedics, exercise prescription, sports and strength and conditioning.
