About El-Ad
I am a licensed physical therapist, athlete with a tactical and martial arts background, and dancer. I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for 20 years, and have taught both individuals and groups. I love helping people discover just how strong and mobile their bodies can become with evidence-based training.

As a licensed physical therapist I have experience working with everyone from rehabilitating patients to performance oriented athletes. I want everyone I work with to understand why we are doing what are doing and learn to push themselves appropriately to achieve the best results.
My wide clinical and athletic background helps me make sure that we are doing is tailored to what you are trying to achieve. I work with anyone from novices who have never done any training, to athletes trying to gain an edge.
A typical in person session is an hour, and initially will include a comprehensive assessment to understand the athlete's weak points and help them to get a sense of where they need to improve to lower their risk of injury and get strong. Online consultations are usually more aimed at understanding where the trainee is in their programming and how to modify things to get better.
