About Mariefe
I am a graduate of the Licensed Practical Nursing program at NorQuest College with an active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta and British Columbia. During my clinical practicums, my excellent time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills allowed me to successfully assist my clients with preventing certain health complications and to provide them with optimum level of care. Copies of my clinical performance evaluation records and recommendation letters from my previous colleagues highlight my abilities to effectively manage time and stressful situations during my clinical practicum shifts. I have also been commended on my interaction with patients, clinical teammates, and staff. These transferable skills were obtained through a mass communication program, nursing theory and laboratory classes, my past and present employment, and clinical practicum experience.
In addition to the skills highlighted above, I am very respectful, professional, compassionate, optimistic, open-minded, hardworking, flexible, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and dependable.

I am very flexible in using different teaching methods based on what type of learner my student is (i.e, visual, kinesthetic learner, etc.). My goal is to teach a student in the best way possible by promoting autonomy, guidance, support, trust, and using the right tools for a certain type of student.

Details
Please note that the rate would depend on the frequency and duration of my teaching sessions. If I teach a student had at least 5 sessions, which are equivalent to 5 hours, I will reduce the rate by 25 dollars lesser than the original rate per hour.
