I am a certified Health and Lifestyle Coach with a Degree in Psychiatric Nursing (30 years of mental health experience).
I believe everyone deserves and can have a life full of love, laughter, and purpose. I support individuals to develop life skills for anxiety and stress management, mind body connection, nervous system reset, mindfulness, self compassion and empowerment and goal setting.
