I am an Human Resources Specialist with approximately 30 years in this field. I have coached staff for personal development as well as leadership development. I enjoy listening to people, assessing their abilities and providing guidance. Success is measured by employees succeeding at work and in their personal capacity.

I do one on one coaching sessions over a period of six weeks or at a pace which is comfortable for the individual. Firstly an assessment is completed on the needs of the individual. A plan is agreed upon and accepted. Thereafter regular sessions are scheduled with regular follow-ups on the progress of the individual. Goals and targets are set and measured regularly with U turns available if goals are not achieved.
