My goal is to help you train your mind in a way that you could enjoy your life, notice opportunities that are always around you and learn how to get the things you want in life.
I help to learn how to process difficult emotions, experience them and let them go. Usually, we feel anxious or any other negative emotions for an extended period of time, because we try to get rid of them without taking a moment and feel them. The moment we allow ourselves to feel the feelings that may have been chasing us for years, they dissipate and disappear and we finally feel a relieve.
I also help to accept life as it is. This means learning the way of thinking that allows you to have a creative and playful approach to life. This usually gives us extra energy and willingness to take action needed to get the results we want.
I help you to Love and accept yourself for who you are. This usually gives us great peace and opens up all the greatness that we have already within us, but may have missed it in the past.
And my favourite - I teach how to notice and develop our inner guidance system, which is intuition. We all have it and it is one of the most fun and rewarding processes in self-development.
My suggestion is to try picking a Life Coach based on your gut feeling, in case you haven't practised this much yet.
