About Em J
5 years ago, I decided to stop drinking alcohol. I choose to lead a life of healing and 'becoming the change I want to see in the world'. I believe change comes from within. After competing around the world as an athlete, I lived a spiritual healing life in Bali. I have a podcast on Spotify, called Evolve Elevate Fly - Embracing Shadows. I am passionate about holding space for others, for them to realise their true purpose and heal wounds.

I'm a qualified and experienced Life Transformation Coach. I believe we have to Be The Change, in order to hold space for others to facilitate their inner growth. I practice acceptance, enjoyment, enthusiasm, letting go, forgiveness and the power of the breath. We deep dive into childhood experiences and environments and how we can change behaviours in order to grow and break generational cycles. The answers are within you.
