I am a professional dancer who is currently being a personal trainer in my free time. I have deep knowledge and experience of exercising and healthy diet. I could teach in different ages and especially female. I believe I am a very passionate trainer who will make you love healthy life-style.

My teaching method will depend on different students. So in our first class, we will first set our goal, for example if the goal is "lose weight", then we will focus on the "weight". But if the goal is to "shape your body", then we will actually focus on "muscle building" etc. Also, I would like to video-record when I am teaching, so that we can all see the difference between now-and-then.
I am confident that you will love the teaching style that i prepare for you and most importantly enjoy it.
