About A Michael
I began my plant based journey more decades ago than I would really rather not count. It started with meeting my first vegetarians, Sunshine and Maggie. Then a book, Diet for a Small Planet sealed the deal. It was Francis Morre Lappe's revelatory work that enlightened me to the waste and horror of industrial meat processing. As, at the time, I lived an urban based lifestyle, so raising my own animals (and hunting) were out of the question. Hence, what choice had I? What choice does any of US really have?

I'm a hippie kind of a guy, with a rather casual approach to teaching and guidance. I don't have a structured set of knowledge I feel you must know.
What I offer is decades of experience raising a family and living plant based life. I have been told I am very patient and understanding, and that is what I strive to provide.
We can use phone, FaceTime, Zoom or whatever best suits your communication preferences.
