About Lizzie
I am a final year English Student at the University of Bristol. To say I am passionate about my subject is an understatement, and I hope to share the same enthusiasm with my students. As a student myself, I am very well versed in writing essays and critical thinking and analysis, and I also have good knowledge of the recent GCSE and A Level Specifications, having sat these exams not too long ago myself. I am a warm and patient individual who has a passion for inspiring others to enjoy English as well as succeed in it!

I believe the best way to approach English is through practice. My lessons will involve going over practice questions, marking these with the student so they can move forward in the next session. For English literature we will also have critical and analytical discussions of the primary texts so you have the knowledge you need to approach any essay subject. As for Language, we will do the same technique but with unseen texts, going over techniques required to analyse an unseen text efficiently and to a high standard.
