About Bclark
¡Hola! My name is Bryan and I’ve been immersed in Spanish language and culture for years. I studied Spanish at Brigham Young University (earning a minor) and had the chance to live in several Latin American countries. During my time abroad, I served an LDS mission in Uruguay, did humanitarian work building schools in the Dominican Republic, and even backpacked across Spain, experiences that deepened not just my language skills, but my love for the people, traditions, and food. (Canelones is hands-down my favorite dish!) I love all things Latin culture — especially trying new spicy foods and connecting through conversation. Outside of tutoring, you’ll often find me hiking or working out (I’m a big fitness enthusiast), cooking or baking something new, or diving into a good book. I read both fiction and nonfiction, with a special love for fantasy and sci-fi. I believe language learning is most powerful when it’s personal and fun. Whether you’re preparing for travel, improving for work or school, or just wanting to expand your world, I’ll customize lessons to fit your goals and learning style.
