About Evrim
I've been overweight since childhood, and this not only limited my physical activity but also negatively impacted my mental health. One day, I started researching this topic and thought about how I could lose weight with minimal self-restrictions. I then learned about the topic through reading, watching, and experiencing, and by minimizing my self-restrictions, I was able to incorporate good nutrition and exercise into my life. This has helped me achieve a healthy mindset, discipline, and body.
