About Lynn
I have been tutoring for 19 years with wide exposure to Further Education and Higher Education students. I achieved 100% progression from level 3 into either higher education or employment. I also worked for a private training provider as an NVQ management assessor.
I have a background in travel and tourism, which included training and recruiting staff. When teaching full time my specialist subjects where leadership, study skills, employability skills and customer care.

Assessment is always varied and fit for purpose, (including team projects, posters, practical interviews, essays and presentations).
My teaching method is anecdotal, ensuring each student can relate to the subject matter in real life. I approach each topic be clearly defining learning outcomes at the outset, incorporating a range of activities to enhance student engagement and recapping the lesson to ensure student understanding.
