About Mangal
Namaste! I am a certified Yoga Teacher and the founder of Mangal Yoga Fitness. I hold an M.A. in Yoga, B.A. in Yoga, 200-hour & 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certifications, and a Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy.
I am passionate about helping people improve their health through yoga. I teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Stretching, and Relaxation techniques for beginners as well as advanced learners.
My goal is to make yoga simple, safe, and effective for everyone. I create personalized sessions based on each student's age, fitness level, and health goals so they can achieve lasting physical and mental well-being.

Welcome! I'm a certified Yoga Teacher with an M.A. in Yoga, a B.A. in Yoga, 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training certifications, and a Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy. I offer personalized yoga classes for beginners, adults, seniors, and fitness enthusiasts.
My classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, posture, weight management, stress relief, and overall well-being through yoga, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Every session is tailored to your age, fitness level, and personal goals. Whether you want to lose weight, reduce stress, increase flexibility, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I will guide you step by step in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes are available online, at your home, or at my yoga studio.
