About Denil
My mastery spans:
• Kalaripayattu — trained in the classical Kerala tradition, from body conditioning to weaponry
• Marmam — the forbidden science of vital points. I know exactly where to press to bring a person down and where to touch to heal them. Two sides of the same ancient coin
• Karate — structured striking and discipline layered into my combat knowledge
• Yoga — not weekend yoga. Daily living yoga, integrated into how I move, breathe and recover every single day
• Ayurvedic Medicine — traditional Kerala healing knowledge for injury recovery and body balance
• Body Healing & Spa Therapy — I restore bodies as skillfully as I train them
