About Nayansee
My musical journey started at the age of 4, and I've nurtured my passion through a combination of guided instruction and self-exploration. Presently, I am receiving guidance in Hindustani Classical vocals from the esteemed Dr. Ashwini Bhide Deshpande ji, a maestro of the Jaipur-Atrauli Gharana, as well as pursuing a degree course in Western Vocals at the A.R. Rahman Music Foundation, Chennai.
I hold a Master's Degree in Hindustani Classical Music from SNDT University, Mumbai.
I have worked with various composers like A.R. Rahman for P.S-2, Bharath Sankar for Maaveeran, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Tanishk Bagchi, Dharna Kumar, Ravindra Jain ji etc.
I was Honoured by Sunidhi Chauhan at the Lata Mangeshkar State-Level Music Competition,
I was Awarded by the Government of India with a scholarship in Hindustani Classical Music by the Centre for Cultural Resource and Training (2011- till date)
I also recorded Tamil singles, now streaming on all platforms. Additionally, recorded Bhajans for Sanskaar TV, currently airing three times a week on the channel.

Embrace a music journey tailored to your needs. I start with the fundamentals, focusing on vocal and breathing exercises, posture, and mastering alankaar/solfège. As we progress, for Hindustani students we delve into the world of raags, also exploring Bollywood melodies based on those raags. For Western vocal students, after working on the basics I start with Pieces of Trinity grades 1, 2 and 3.
