About Shaneal
I've been in the Personal Training Industry for 3 years now, but prior to that I was also a Certified First Aid Instructor, Divemaster, and a high school Geography and English teacher. Safe to say, teaching is something I'm well versed in.
From running a business to studying part time, I know how difficult it is to stay healthy. Cooking can be a chore, and training a nightmare if you're not in the right head space!
That's why my DIIREN Fitness approach to coaching encompasses the Mind, Body, and Spirit. I want to make sure you love the process and the journey to your destination!
Results always come to those that take the time to become consistent. We will have a personalised app to keep track of all your training, progress, and nutrition (if you want!). This way, I can ensure that you are not only on the right track, but that it does not overwhelm your daily schedule.
