About Carol
I am a Parsons School of Design Professor with over 20 years of teaching experience and a multidisciplinary background in fine art, graphic design, and photography. I hold an MFA from Hunter College and a BFA from Cooper Union, combining formal academic training with a passion for creative exploration. As a practicing artist, I specialize in painting, mixed media, and drawing with charcoal and pastel. My approach blends traditional techniques with experimental methods, helping students push boundaries and find joy in their creative process.
