About Ashish
I am a Master's-qualified Yoga and Naturopathy professional with over 8 years of experience teaching yoga. My journey in yoga has combined traditional Indian practices with a practical, personalised approach to teaching. I enjoy helping people develop a healthier relationship with their body, breath and mind through yoga.
I have experience teaching students with different levels of experience, from beginners to regular practitioners, and I particularly enjoy adapting sessions to each person's needs and goals. I am also experienced in teaching international students online and communicating comfortably in English.
My aim is to make yoga accessible, meaningful and sustainable for each student, while helping them build a practice they can genuinely enjoy and continue in their everyday life.

My classes are personalised to each student's needs, experience and goals. I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation using a clear, supportive and practical approach. Each session is adapted to the student's level, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. I focus on correct technique, mindful movement, breathing and helping students develop a sustainable personal practice. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are conducted online in a calm, interactive environment. I have over 8 years of teaching experience and hold a Master's degree in Yoga & Naturopathy, along with YCB Level 3 certification and UGC NET qualification in Yoga
