I have a big experience in both the physical and psychological aspects of training process. I can teach you the basic, fundamental gymnastics elements, including splits, bridge, cartwheel, rolls, balance and turns. I can also assist you if you already have an advance level which involves routines with apparatus such as hoop, ball, ribbon etc. Together, we will work towards improving your technique and performance.

There are two important aims in her job: teach children to love sport and gymnastics in particular + work for the result.
