About Madalena
After completing the 8th degree of violin in integrated teaching at the National Conservatory of Lisbon, I did a degree in Violin Performance at the University of Aveiro. I am currently attending the 2nd year of a Masters in Music Education at the same institution. Since I didn't wait for the end of my specialization to start teaching, I already have several experiences in teaching music at different ages (not only in the violin aspect).

I hope to include in my classes all kinds of people and their different levels of commitment, from taking the violin seriously, or seeing it as just another tool to approach music.
Since the 1st class I want to define which one the most suitable route for each student, taking into account their abilities and limitations. Classes are for any age, there is never a right or wrong time/age to give the violin a chance!
