About Elisabeth
I am a master's student in psychology at the University of Bergen, who specializes in work and organizational psychology. At the moment, I work as a subject consultant at UiB, where I am a seminar leader in personnel psychology, and thus have good experience of teaching subject matter. I am very fond of creating learning and discussions among pupils and students, and can imagine working with this further in my career.

I am very concerned that the students should feel comfortable, so that discussions can be initiated. Therefore, it is important that you get to know each other a little before you start teaching. A typical course will consist of a short introduction of myself, and a round where students can tell about themselves. Furthermore, I will present subject matter, at the same time as I invite the students to discuss concepts and theories with me.
