About Martine
I am a native French and English speaker, and possess excellent skills in both languages. I can speak and write both languages fluently, and have studied French up to university level.
I have completed a Master of Teaching (Music, French and Psychology) at the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne, Australia and have been a French and Psychology teacher in various primary and secondary schools in Melbourne before relocating to Setia Alam in Malaysia, where my husband now teaches Business and Economics at an Australian International School.
Teaching is my passion and I absolutely love helping my students realise and reach their full potential.

A former classical violinist with a performing background, I have over 7 years of teaching experience.
I have taught primary school students, as well as secondary school ones in Melbourne, Australia, using the Victorian Curriculum. I am equally familiar with the Australian Curriculum and I also pride myself on having a thorough knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE and O-Level Curriculum, having completed my schooling using this syllabus and eventually graduating with an 'A' score in French as a major subject.
I am an easygoing individual, and genuinely love teaching. I always ensure that I build a positive rapport with my students, as I believe that a student-teacher relationship based on mutual trust and respect is the key element of successful learning.
Lessons can be conducted online or face to face.
The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour.
Target audience is: Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and University students.
