About Ruby
My violin tutoring approach focuses on clear communication, adapting to each student’s learning style, and making lessons engaging. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to match their strengths, whether through visual, auditory, or hands-on learning techniques. I use real-life examples and case studies from renowned violinists to inspire students and help them connect with the material. My lessons cover everything from basic techniques to advanced skills, including bowing, finger placement, scales, and music theory. I also teach students how to read music, improve tone quality, and develop rhythm and timing. Along with these technical skills, I encourage creativity and expression through improvisation and performance pieces. My goal is to build confidence and a love for the violin, helping students not only improve their playing but also enjoy the process. Whether preparing for exams or playing for fun, I am dedicated to supporting students every step of the way.
