About Natalie
I am a Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program candidate at Ryerson University. I completed by undergraduate degree in Nursing at McMaster University in 2018. Within the last two years, I have worked in medical surgical units, home care settings, and critical care settings. The majority of my experience comes from working in the intensive care unit. I have also lead medical clinic and PACU work in the Dominican Republic during an overseas mission with Solid Rock International. I have experience in mentoring students throughout my undergraduate and graduate career. People that I have mentored have continued to achieve the jobs and leadership positions that they would like. My goal is to help others reach their full potential in their careers find their true passions.

My mentorship approach is derived from a collaborative and flexible approach that is based on the needs of the mentee upon an initial needs assessment and discussion with the client. Our first session will be a conversation about the client's expectations and needs. Afterwards, we can collaboratively create a plan of action to reach the client's goals. I will be available to provide support and resources as I am able to.
