About Deserae
I am an actively licensed professional nurse with a Masters degree in Nursing Leadership and Management. I have a background in the restaurant industry and believe that treating people with respect and the way that I would like to be treated builds trust and understanding with my peers and patients.
I have been a part of implementing different projects throughout my unit and continue to be a leader and mentor to my team.
