About Sanchit
I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of experience
and a portfolio spanning 150+ projects across four
countries — India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.
My professional background includes senior roles at
DLF and Bharti Real Estate — two of India's most
prestigious real estate developers — where I managed
premium commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments
from concept through to construction handover.

My experience spans every stage of the architectural

architecture in practice.
As a current University of Adelaide student, I

I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of professional
experience delivering complex projects across retail,
commercial, residential, hospitality, and healthcare
sectors across India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.
My teaching approach is rooted in real professional
practice. I teach architecture the way it is actually
done — not just theory, but the thinking, the process,
and the judgment that separates good design from
great design.
What I cover:
► Architectural design fundamentals — space planning,
circulation, form and function
► Technical drawing — floor plans, elevations,
sections, construction details
► Design development — from concept sketch to
developed design
► Site analysis and contextual design thinking
► Presentation and communication of design ideas
