About Kristen
When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult I was able to work with professionals, and studied how the brain works in my Master’s program. Both helped me learn tools, systems, and better ways of thinking that helped me improve where I was struggling most. It changed everything for me and for my children, who also have ADHD. I now have been helping others with ADHD along their path.
