About Kaustav
Dear Students,
I am one of you who is currently pursuing Master of Engineering at McMaster University. As a student, I understand the needs of a student and the amount of tutoring he or she expects. I am a teaching assistant at my university and I closely work with students from the 2nd and 3rd year of engineering.
Being a TA, I am aware of the roles and responsibilities of a tutor and the extent of help that a mentor should provide to his or her students. I try to be friendly with them and our relationship is not a typical 'teacher-student' one.
I am looking forward to working with you guys to help you learn and grow more in life.

I try to help students with the basics of a subject at first because basics help students imbibe higher level knowledge in the later stages.
Before I start teaching, I make a list of what shall be taught on that particular day so that things go as planned.
I started tutoring when I was an undergraduate student myself. That time, I used to teach high school Physics. Currently, I am working as an engineering Teaching Assistant at McMaster University. I am a TA for a 2nd year Statistics course and a 3rd year Mathematics course.
