About Hatice

Hello! I am a certified sports instructor based in Dubai. Having a background in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, I focus on body alignment, movement control, and proper technique in all my sessions.

I structure my Mat Pilates classes around core strength, posture alignment, and overall body toning. I truly enjoy teaching because seeing my clients build strength, fix their posture, and feel better in their daily lives is very rewarding. I look forward to working together to help you reach your goals in a comfortable environment!

About the lesson

My Mat Pilates sessions are tailored to help you build core strength, improve posture, and achieve effective full-body toning.

In each 60-minute session, I focus on controlled movements, proper breathing, and alignment to ensure you get the best results safely. Whether you are a beginner looking to correct your posture or an experienced practitioner aiming to tone and strengthen your body, I adapt every exercise to your individual fitness level and goals.

Together, we will work in a supportive, focused, and progressive environment to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and energized
