About Charmaine
I have been a career kaupapa project manager (which means I take any contract for the kaupapa/ ICT through to whanau and than whenua and I am knowledgeable and good at all) I have an A- average Postgraduate Diploma in Development theory and a system design tohu from Massachusetts Institute of Technology I have another overseas University who has said yes to sponsor my fellowship in Costa Rica for Woman’s Empowerment. (What some would call a full ride: I need to secure flights, some further research funds and I will call that a full ride). I have helped many get funding this year. Happy to discuss. I live to support others achieve. I love to support ideas grow. I share my ideas freely with kaupapa mindset people and I definitely love my family friends and whenua. I live with Systemic lupus erythematosus plus I manage as. I live well I am alive I will get to Costa Rica. (my nephew went jet boating one afternoon after work and he isn’t alive and he was 23, I am alive). I have surfed and dived since. I was a young girl and I will do that until I end. I surf. Not as much I. Winter. I will a lot in Costa Rica. I will publish and I will only go if I get to be a fellowship intern. I will commit to the 24 weeks It might be crazy with everything but it might be wonderful I can get MIT to come to Costa Rica. great resource Imagine that program-self funded and supporting community issues. I like a mix of learning style. 1. First I share to cement an idea. 2. You reflect the learning back (this can be all sorts of ways) 3. Interactive/ where we get to ask each other questions 4 Conclusions and summaries and how to improve 1. Generally students will start in class (face to face or online) and lesson delivered. 2. Next task is sets d timeframe is put in that and help and resources available. 3. Meet and reflect on the task together and look at the marking criteria. Objectively we discuss have the tasks clearly meet the criteria and if not then we look at ways which it can be met and can be improved. 4. Conclusions made and Summarized to best of abilities Hopefully that helps describe my teaching style
