About Bhekinkosi
I am a Physics and Mathematics graduate from the University of the Witwatersrand (wits). I like bi-interactive lessons (like playing tennis). My biggest aim when it comes to teaching is to help you, the student, gain or improve the ability to discuss scientifically. That is, be able to express an argument confidently. I want you to adopt a familiarity with the so-called hard concepts of mathematics and physics (and perhaps make them second nature to you). I have been tutoring for 6 years now and what students want the most is to be confident, that in turn translates to better performance. But confidence is achieved from understanding, so that's where we focus.

I believe that science is better understood when real life situations are being used to explain scientific concepts. It is no exception when it comes to Physics and Mathematics. I use demonstrations (mostly pre-done) in my teaching. I give logical (and sometimes historical) accounts and explanations for all principles and ideas discussed.
A typical lesson would start with freely discussing what the topic of the day is about. Followed by getting into the details of the topic using examples and demonstrations. And then consolidating the contents of the lesson with exercises and problems of different levels.
My lessons are for students of all levels from high school to tertiary.
