About Lottie
I am an accountant by profession but my ultimate goal is to become a teacher
I have always wanted to work with children and tutoring is a really great way for me to do this for the time being.
I have spent many years helping my two younger siblings with all aspects of school - from study skills to the hardest A-Level Maths questions, and helping students to achieve over and above what they thought they could.

Personalised lesson planning after initial discussions around where there are difficulties etc.
Working from the basics to ensure the foundations are solid so we can then move onto the more difficult concepts
Practice is KEY especially for Maths, grasping concepts is best achieved through practice, therefore sessions will often be question practice led, and homework set if desired.
Lessons ideally would be 45 minutes to an hour, with an email conversation prior/after all sessions to ensure that we get the most out of the sessions.
I have tutored over the last 6 years up to A-Level in Maths
I also have a lot of experience with essay writing, especially from my degree so am often turned to for help with essay writing.
I have a degree in Mathematics and Politics from Exeter (2:1), I am also a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and have a lot of experience with techniques and learning quickly and efficiently.
I have A-Levels in Mathematics, Government & Politics and History, as well as an AS-Level in Business Studies.
I have GCSEs covering a selection of technical and writing subjects so am willing to offer tuition for other subjects if required
I teach KS3 up to A-Level in a variety of subject (Maths in particular), and am also willing to tutor University/Professional Exams in Accounting specifically
