About Chelsea
My passion for mathematics began with curiosity about patterns, structures, and problem-solving strategies. This curiosity led me to pursue a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics and later an M.Sc in Computational Mathematics, gaining both theoretical insight and practical experience with modeling and analysis. Over 8 years, I have guided learners from foundational arithmetic to advanced calculus and linear algebra, helping them build confidence, conceptual clarity, and analytical skills.
I prioritize a supportive, interactive teaching style where students can explore, ask questions, and develop a deep understanding of concepts. By using visualizations, real-world examples, and structured exercises, I make complex ideas approachable and memorable. Each session is designed to strengthen reasoning, problem-solving, and independent thinking.
Beyond teaching, I remain engaged in computational mathematics, modeling projects, and algorithmic analysis, bringing practical insights into lessons. Witnessing students evolve from uncertainty to mastery, gain confidence, and develop curiosity for mathematics is deeply rewarding.
