About Amy
I have been tutoring for 8 years, both privately and in groups, across a range of different exam boards. My students have gone on to achieve A's and A*'s in these subjects.
I graduated from Newcastle University with a First Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2021, and have worked in engineering since (research and development).

I am a Mechanical Engineering MEng First Class Graduate who loves teaching maths at GCSE and A-Level. I have been tutoring for 8 years (including a range of exam boards). I currently work as an Engineering Consultant in Oxford.
I enjoy approaching challenges together, and allowing my students (you!) to come up with an answer. I strongly believe that encouraging students to 'give it a go', will help to build confidence, and in turn increase knowledge and understanding of the topic.
The more you ask, the more you get to learn!
