About ROGER
An English National and fluent speaker of Spanish and Portuguese, I have worked as Physical and Technical Coach to the Austrian, Scottish and Kuwait National Teams and has many years' experience of international coaching including: Sporting Lisbon (Portugal), Vitoria Setubal (Portugal), Vissell Kobe (Japan), FC Porto, (Portugal), AEK Athens (Greece) and Panathinaikos (Greece).

I use a mixture of Eastern and Western philosophies surrounding fitness, well being and agility. These methods have been used by elite coaches at the highest level of sport. As a consultant to UEFA for the past 38 years, I've had the fortune to work with many world famous coaches and players worldwide.
Using tried and tested methodology as used by the elite players and coaches worldwide,
I employ cross-training methods; martial arts, power bands, capoeira and dance to balance training with recuperation and regeneration.
