About Linnea
Hello! My name is Linnea, and I’m currently a Mechanical Engineering freshman at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. I’m passionate about subjects like math and physics, and I love helping others understand these concepts that I’m so enthusiastic about. Outside of my studies, I enjoy traveling, reading, and diving into the world of 3D printing—it's amazing to see ideas come to life through technology! I’ve always had a love for math, and it’s my favorite subject to teach. Right now, I’m taking Calculus 3 and Physics 2 in college, so I’m comfortable working with a wide range of topics, from basic algebra and geometry to more advanced calculus and physics concepts. I’m excited to help students of all ages, but I particularly enjoy working with middle school to college-level learners. What I strive to offer in every session is a supportive, patient, and flexible learning environment. I believe that understanding comes with asking questions, and I encourage my students to do just that—don’t hesitate to ask! I know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable while learning, so I focus on making sure my students not only grasp the material but also enjoy the process. Whether you're struggling with a specific concept or looking to strengthen your skills, I’m here to guide you step by step. While tutoring, Linnea devoted her time and her knowledge into the work and communicating to help me succeed in my classes. Linnea is a well rounded student and is determined to achieve her goals. During the time tutoring me she would make sure at the end of our session I would understand the topics. Linnea specializes in teaching mathematics. When there was a time where I would want to give up or didn’t understand, Linnea was confident in herself and me and gave encouragement at times of doubt. She was very patient and upbeat throughout each problem. I believe I did well in my math classes throughout high school because of the assistance and help I got from Linnea teaching skills.
Linnea was so patient with my daughter who is taking Algebra 2 with Trigonometry and Linnea was able to help her get a A on her exam!! Highly recommend her!
