About Prajna
I’m a mechanical engineer with 10+ years of industry experience and a strong interest in teaching and developing others. Throughout my career, I have mentored engineers, provided technical guidance, reviewed their work, and helped them build confidence in solving engineering problems. I also hold a Diploma in Mechatronics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with an MSc in Human Resource Management. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts, adapting my approach to different learning needs, and helping students understand not just the answer, but the reasoning behind it.

I bring a unique combination of strong academic qualifications and more than 10 years of real-world industry and corporate experience.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Mechatronics, I understand both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of engineering.
I believe engineering becomes much easier to understand when concepts are connected to real-world examples rather than simply memorized from textbooks.
My teaching approach is patient, structured, and student-focused—I adapt my explanations to the student’s level, identify areas where they are struggling, and break complex topics into clear, manageable steps.
My Master’s degree in Human Resource Management has also strengthened my communication, coaching, and people-development skills, allowing me to understand different learning needs and help students build not only their subject knowledge but also their confidence.
Whether you need help understanding fundamentals, solving engineering problems, preparing for exams, or developing a stronger practical understanding of Mechanical Engineering, my goal is to make learning clear, engaging, and genuinely useful.
